How do I return or exchange an item purchased on Orequo.com?
Pursuant to article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need for explanations and without incurring any penalty , within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To request the replacement or refund of any product ordered on Orequo.com it is therefore necessary to proceed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition in which they were received with all tags attached and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box) accompanied by the respective purchase invoice or, in case of partial return, from a copy.
It is always possible to request a size and/or color change , but it is not possible to request a replacement with items other than those purchased and returned .
How can I return the purchased item?
The return of a product, in case of replacement or refund request, must be previously agreed and approved by OREQUO Customer Service . Returns are offered using our free home collection service for returns; it is therefore necessary to agree on the date and time for collecting the goods with Customer Care, provided that it is defined within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return declaration.
Alternatively, it is possible to send the product to be returned by post or courier within 14 days of communicating the intention to return .
How long will it take to be refunded?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible; in any case, the refund will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the return and approval of the same . You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal if OREQUO verifies one of the following conditions:
- that the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;
- that the product is devoid of its external packaging and original internal packaging;
- that the product is missing some of its integral parts.
Can I receive the refund on a different credit card than the one used for the order?
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card other than the one used for the purchase.
