What is the availability of the items published on the site?

All items for sale on our online store Orequo.com are available. In the case of products not in stock, to ensure the excellence of each craftsmanship, we estimate delivery times between 10 and 20 working days.

Are the colours of the website articles perfectly realistic?

Each item is photographed with the aim of enhancing the details and quality. As a result, we show the real colours. However, the colours may vary slightly from one computer to another.


What are the delivery times?

Delivery times start from the confirmation of the order received by e-mail. The delivery time is 2 working days for all orders placed before 14.00 and 3 working days for all orders placed after 14.00. Can you leave the parcel in my mailbox?

For security reasons, each Orequo.com product is delivered personally to the recipient. Parcels will not be left unattended in mailboxes.

Do I need a signature for the delivery of my order?

The recipient's signature is required to collect the parcel.


How can I return or replace an item purchased on Orequo.com? 

You have the option to return any product ordered on Orequo.com within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Returned products must be accompanied by the respective purchase invoice or, in case of partial return, a copy. 

The return of a product, in case of a replacement or refund request, is offered using our free home collection service, by calling Orequo Customer Service to agree on the date and time of collection of the item to be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return declaration; alternatively, you may send, by post or courier, the product you intend to return, within 14 days from the date of notification of your intention to return.

How long will the refund take?

We try to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of your return at our warehouse.

How can I change the order I have just placed?

I have just completed my order but have not yet received any confirmation.

It may happen that the confirmation is sent a few minutes after placing your order. Please check your "Spam" folder anyway: the email may be in this folder depending on your email account settings. If you have not received any email, please contact Customer Service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email to customercare@orequo.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request. Once your order has been set and processed to proceed with delivery, we will no longer be able to guarantee cancellation or modification.


Which payment methods are accepted on Orequo.com?

The payment of purchases is made exclusively by credit or bank card: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®. It is necessary to indicate the number of the credit or bank card, as well as the expiry data and the verification code on the appropriate page. Payment via Paypal is authorized throughout Europe.

Is payment made securely?

All transactions made on Orequo.com are secure. The presence of a padlock next to the page address starting with "https" indicates that you are in a safe environment; thanks to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and MasterCard® cards is further enhanced by the payment methods "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode". In addition, Orequo has implemented security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use.  

Do you accept international payment cards?

We accept international credit cards; however, when ordering, you must enter the international billing address associated with your credit card.

Can I place an order with a credit card that is not mine?

Yes, in this case please enter the billing address associated with this card.

When will my credit card be charged?

No amount will be charged to your credit card until your order is validated. However, it is possible that part of the amount is already pre-authorized at the time of order confirmation.

What is the meaning of my credit card security code?

This code will be required when you place your order. It is a unique code that makes online credit card payments secure and appears:- on the back of the credit card, in the signature field. It consists of 3 digits (for example: Visa or MasterCard);- on the front, above the card number. In this case it is 4 digits (e.g. American Express card).
