Received orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Upon submitting the order, an email will be sent with the information and details of the purchase. The expected delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.
In the case of products not present in the warehouse, to ensure the excellence of each craftsmanship, we estimate delivery times of between 10 and 20 working days.
