How is the shipment done?

DHL is our courier for all shipments. Delivers Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed delivery attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

What should I do if I have not received the shipping confirmation?

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times start from the order confirmation received by e-mail. Generally, it is estimated from 2 to 5 working days depending on stock availability. For orders placed before 2pm GMT+1, we endeavor to process the same working day. Orders placed after this time, however, will be processed on the following working day. During sales and/or the launch of a new collection the processing time may be slightly longer. All OREQUO orders are packaged and processed with love from Bologna, Italy. As our location is classed as regional, we are unable to offer overnight delivery; however, we are proud to be able to offer you an express service on all online orders. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. When the shipment has left, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. Do I have to pay import duties/taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These costs are your responsibility and will be collected by the carrier. Duties / Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the value of the product and the country you are shipping to. OREQUO will include a commercial invoice stating the full Euro value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from OREQUO you are responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any import and return charges that may be incurred upon redelivery to our warehouse. OREQUO cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to circumvent or reduce customs fees.

Can you deliver the package to my mailbox?

For security reasons, every package is personally delivered to the recipient. Packages will not be left in mailboxes.

Is a signature required for the delivery of my order?

To collect the package, the recipient's signature or that of an authorized person is required. This ensures that the purchase is delivered safely to the buyer. In the event that the recipient is not available when the package arrives, the courier will leave a redelivery receipt.
