What is the availability of the articles published on the site?

All items for sale on our online store are in stock. In the case of out of stock products, to guarantee the excellence of each process, we estimate delivery times of between 10 and 20 working days.

Are the colors of the products on the online store realistic?

Each garment is photographed with the aim of enhancing its details and quality. As a result, we show true colors. However, colors may vary slightly from computer to computer.


What are the delivery times?

Delivery times start from the order confirmation received by e-mail. Delivery time is 2 working days for all orders placed before 2.00 pm and 3 working days for all orders placed after 2.00 pm. Can you leave the package in my mailbox?

For security reasons, every product is personally delivered to the recipient. Parcels will not be left unattended in mailboxes.

Do I need a signature for the delivery of my order?

Yes, a recipient's signature is required to collect the package.


How can I return or exchange an item purchased on

You have the option to return any product ordered on within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to request a replacement or refund. The returned products must be accompanied by the respective purchase invoice or, in case of partial return, a copy.

The return of a product, in the event of a replacement or refund request, is offered using our free home collection service, by calling the OREQUO Customer Service to agree on the date and time for the collection of the item to be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return declaration; alternatively, you can send the product you wish to return by post or courier within 14 days from the date of communication of your intention to return.

I just finished placing my order, but have not received any confirmation yet.

It may happen that the confirmation is sent a few minutes after placing the order. However, check your "Spam" folder - the email may be in this folder depending on your email account settings. If you have not received any email, please contact Customer Service.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been set up and processed for delivery, we will no longer be able to guarantee a cancellation or change.

What payment methods are accepted on

Payment for purchases is made exclusively by credit card or debit card: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®. It is necessary to indicate the number of the credit card or debit card, as well as the expiry data and the verification code on the appropriate page. Payment via Paypal is authorized throughout Europe.

The presence of a padlock next to the page address starting with "https" indicates that you are in a secure environment; thanks to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and MasterCard® cards is further strengthened by the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode" payment methods. Additionally, Orequo has implemented security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use.

Do you accept international payment cards?

We accept international credit cards; however, you must enter the international billing address associated with your credit card when ordering.

Can I place an order with a credit card that is not mine?

When will my credit card be charged?

No amount will be charged to your credit card until your order is validated. However it is possible that a part of the amount is already pre-authorised at the time of order confirmation.

What is the meaning of my credit card security code?

This code will be requested when ordering. It is a unique code that makes online credit card payments secure and appears:- on the back of the credit card, in the signature field. It consists of 3 digits (for example: Visa or MasterCard);- on the front, above the card number. In this case it is 4 digits (e.g. American Express card).
