How is the shipping carried out?

GLS is our courier for all shipments. It delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed delivery attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

What should I do if I haven’t received the shipping confirmation?

Check your spam folder and make sure that info@orequo.com and customercare@orequo.com Are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this does not work, please contact us at +39 0287189882 or via e-mail at customercare@orequo.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times start from the confirmation of the order received by e-mail. For orders placed before 2.00 pm GMT + 1, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. All Orequo orders are hand-picked and packed with love from Bologna, Italy. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on offering express service on all online orders. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our friendly Customer Care at: customercare@orequo.com.

Do I have to pay import duties/taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Orequo will include a commercial invoice declaring the full euro value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Orequo, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. Orequo cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.

Can you deliver the package to my mailbox?

For security reasons, each Orequo.com package is delivered personally to the recipient. Packages will not be left in mailboxes.

Is a signature required for the delivery of my order?

The recipient's signature, or that of an authorized person, is required to collect the package. This ensures the purchase is safely delivered to the buyer. In case the recipient is unavailable when the package arrives, the courier will leave a re-delivery slip.
